Danny Waite - Chief Technology Officer

With more than 12 years experience in the IT sector and a wide and varied skill set, Danny is our founder and Chief Technology Officer and is the driving force behind Xrio's product development and roadmap. With strong knowledge of the broadband market, extensive product knowledge, and development skills, Danny is an innovator and is constantly pushing the boundaries of technology in order to deliver real business solutions to our customers. With a foot in both the technical and strategic sides of the business, Danny bridges this gap and ensures our technology moves forward in-line with the business and market needs.

Shelley Wilson - Sales Director

Shelley Wilson joined Xrio in August 2008 as Global Sales Director, Shelley has worked in the technology industry for the past 12 years and held position of Sales Director for over 7 years for some of the UK’s leading Internet Service Providers including NetServices and PIPEX, renowned for her ability to yield and retain high value business Shelley’s appointment was a strategic decision by the Xrio board to assist them in delivering rapid growth plans. Shelley is responsible for the delivery of the world wide sales strategy and sales revenues and her focus is to increase revenues exponentially over the next financial year.

Adam Baskind - Managing Director

Prior to Xrio, Adam has owned and held CEO and MD roles at a host of successful businesses, from electrical, lighting, Property management and development, IT and computing to printing, publishing, Greetings and gift wrap, with his most successful venture being European Lamp group; a combination of 6 businesses Adam either started or bought through acquisition over a 12 year period and which became Europe’s largest independent distributor for the sector. Long term partnerships with both suppliers and customers across all areas of Adam’s business life have and still do play a major part of his success. Relationships include businesses of all sizes including some of the world’s largest and strongest companies. Adam brings with him a wealth of experience of business and management from a broad spectrum of industries, he has always worked within ISO9001 accredited companies, therefore this is the level that he strives to achieve throughout any venture or business he is involved with. As such, Adam is tasked with implementing systems, routines and structuring, plus the strategic planning and running of Xrio.

Juli Donohue Operations Director

Prior to Xrio, Juli has worked for 15 years, as Operations Director for Adam Baskind (MD), working with Adam on a day to day basis across a variety of different businesses. Juli’s previous roles included overseeing all aspects of the business, working closely with Sales, Purchasing & Accounting etc. Juli is responsible for all communications internally and manages external relationships and professionals that play an intricate role within Xrio. In addition Juli is responsible for managing major projects as well as ensuring the smooth running of the business operations.
