If your organisation has limited in-house technical resource available or you simply need additional expertise, then Xrio Managed System Assurance is the right choice for you, it provides you with the peace of mind that we have it covered. We’ll take ownership of any problems regarding your UBM devices, so that you can focus on your business.

Software & Feature Updates

The Managed System Assurance Service subscription gives you access to free regular updates to current software and functional enhancements for the Xrio UBM products. As soon as a new feature or software is available for your UBM appliance, Xrio shall install the update remotely and seamlessly. This way, you can be sure that you always have the latest UBM version and technology.

Technical Support

The Managed System Assurance subscription includes technical support via our online support & ticketing system.

  • Representatives available 8 hours a day, 5 days a week UK Time
  • Four-hour targeted maximum response time
  • Online user forums moderated by senior support engineers

This includes access to both email and telephone support to resolve any technical or service issues that you may have.

Security Alerts

Our Rapid Response Team, a dedicated group of network engineering experts, monitor support enquiries, detecting emerging issues, then provide Managed System Assurance service alerts that tell you specifically what you can do to address each new issue.

Self-Help Resources

In addition to providing direct personal support, the Managed System Assurance subscription entitles subscribers to access a variety of professionally produced instructional media specifically designed to answer questions you may have regarding network aggregation in general or the technical aspects of installing, configuration, and maintaining the Xrio UBM products.

Next Day Swap Out

For any faulty goods exchanges, Xrio will arrange and send a next day delivery replacement direct to the customer and collect your faulty unit. This helps to minimise any downtime and reduce any time delays for your UBM installation. Next day swap out is available only on UBM appliances that are under warranty. Site Survey

Prior to selecting your UBM and solution, an Xrio representative is able to carry out a site survey for your organisation. This enables us to understand your network and objectives. To ensure that we can meet your requirements effectively, our technical staff will be available to discuss how Xrio UBM can be best integrated into your existing network.

Pre-configuration

All UBM appliances are fully preconfigured before they arrive and ready to plug in to your network. This ensures an easier set up process for you as the UBM will be immediately ready to install. Xrio is able to pre-configure all UBM appliances to deliver a more tailored end solution if you have specific requirements.

Remote Monitoring

Xrio provides continuous remote monitoring of your network to ensure that the services we implement always keep your business up and running. This gives us a real-time holistic view of your UBM to identify and resolve issues before they become serious problems. Remote monitoring from Xrio is completely secure.

Access to Central Management Console

Xrio provides you with access to our new UBM Enterprise software designed specifically for multi-site organisations. UBM Enterprise gives you the control to adjust your Internet service to best suit your needs. With UBM Enterprise you receive access to a web based user interface to manage and monitor your, UBM appliances, bandwidth and connection usage across all your organisation sites.
